About Us
Since 2000, Farm Kitchen has baked our cookies, shortbreads, granola, and sweet breads in our commercial kitchen housed in a renovated barn on an organic farm between Poulsbo and Kingston.


Our recipes are crafted by Hollis Fay, using high quality ingredients. She developed some of the recipes as the founding owner of Bainbridge Bakers in Winslow, and others as specialties of Farm Kitchen.


Seasonally, Farm Kitchen baked goods use the organic apples from the many heritage trees on the farm, raspberries, marionberries, and the rosemary that flourishes in the gardens near the lavender and roses.


We are delighted to introduce Farm Kitchen baked goods to Fresh Food Revolution!
Practices
All of our baked goods use non-GMO Shepherd's Grain Flours, non-rBST Washington produced butter, non-GMO canola oil, cane sugar, pure vanilla, organic fruits, and fresh herbs. We use local, Washington, non-GMO, and organic products when applicable.


For the last 15 years we have shared our fields with our farmer friend Butler Green Farms and the fields have been certified organic since 2002.
